They are flexible.Businesses needs to have a structure,but it must be flexible enough to move when the winds blow in other direction.There are several things that are out of control like economic reversals,changing trends,and even nature challenges.As an entrpreneur,you need to have the ability to adapt all of these changes.

They are optimistic.They look forward to work.They live in the present and are not in the hurry.They understand the nature of time,but they operate according to plan.They know that the journey is as important as the destination.
